So I didn't know anything about face rollers. The company offered it to me for free in exchange for an honest review. Before agreeing, I researched face rollers because I didn't really understand what they were supposed to do. Apparently they increase blood flow to the face, can reduce puffiness, help define the face, can help with dark circles under the eyes and help with anxiety as it is a face massage. Even if he wasn't doing any other things, the facial massage element alone would be worth it. The cold metal feels very good and definitely makes me more relaxed. I actually keep it on my desk to roll on my face while I work and then before bed. I love it! I use this every day.
