If you need a pump then look no further. I bought and installed a pump and it had multiple failures. Since I installed the app 2 hours from where I live, I emailed the company when I got home and gave my phone number. Two days later, instead of emailing me, their representative called me and asked me to describe the problem again. He told me it sounded like it was wired for 240 instead of 120 and how to check that. I told him I was 2 hours away from where I installed it and that I would check when I got back. After 2 days they called again and asked if I could reflash. I was shocked who else not only calls, but also makes a second call. From what I've seen on the internet, this pump ranks first among shallow well pumps. Now I understand why the quality of the product and the service afterwards. And it was wired for 240, it only took me 5 minutes to rewire it and it works like a charm and is quiet too.
