Nice and cozy! Get your kid alone.
My dog is 17 1/2" to 18" chest and 14" back. I ordered a small first (which was too small) and then a medium (which fits great). The medium isn't too tight; he's got a spot to feel comfortable in. The great thing is that the medium showed up yesterday (12/28/19) - just in time for Clemson to defeat the Ohio State Buckeyes!
