I have used them while swimming in the sea, jumping in lakes and running in water parks. It never leaked. The clasps are pretty strong. I'd say if you're working hard, go for a stronger string. It works very well for what else is on the market. Sometimes the screen can't see my fingers when I'm cold. Thumb ID not working. I'm not sure if Face ID works. When taking photos, you have to make sure that the housing fits snugly against the camera, otherwise you will get blurry images with slight distortions.
