I needed a work backpack that would fit my laptop, expressed breast milk, water bottle and purse so I could easily get to work with just one combined compartment can travel. Not only does this bag hold everything, I was able to fit four 5 ounce Medela bottles plus a small ice pack in the lunch compartment, freeing up space inside. I keep my pump in the office but this bag can certainly hold the pump and parts as well as a medium to small sized purse. The extension zip for a large compartment is great for those days when I need to pack my change of shoes at the office because of rain, snow or an outfit that calls for serious heels. Additional outer pockets are useful and practical. The mesh pocket holds my Contigo water bottle for easy access. Large exterior pocket for pens, business cards and small laptop and phone accessories. The badge, telephone, Metrocard and bus tickets are in the small outside pocket. The lower side pocket is convenient for storing snacks on the go or on the road. It seems quite durable and if I stop breastfeeding I might pack a proper lunch in my fridge bag!
