I bought this phone for my mother who has vision and hearing problems. I wanted her to have a phone with big buttons so she could see and use it better. It's perfect, it's unlocked for every wearer, which is great. Natter9life lasts very long, like the days I talk. She finds it easy to charge right at the pier. The SOS button is great because with the push of a button it will call anyone you program. She also has a very bright light. Very good value for money and it eases my mind that my mum has a handy phone for her. I definitely recommend this phone. Very satisfied
