Looks good, solidly built, darn easy to assemble and dark black. Plastic clips. there is no grid between them, so it does not protect against mistakes. It's ALL for the LOOK. If that's what you're looking for, then great. Want to cover up paint damage, complete a blackout scheme, or pick up on black headlight frames? It's right down your alley. I would give them five stars if they were cheaper. but they are frankly not cheaply built. I wanted them so I bought them.
