Everything is very clear for new users who are not familiar with EOQA software. We used it in my current organization as ERP where we can manage employees data and all related information like training records etc. It has its own application programming interface (API) which was really helpful while integrating this product into other applications. One thing i would suggest here is please integrate your existing CRM systems so that integration will be more easier than going separately. If you have already integrated then there should not be any problems. I am using this software since last 3 years now. And till now no one complained about anything. So far everything is working fine with us. Our main motive of implementing this solution was employee management. All relevant details such as education records, skills and experience were available from this application. As well as this we also use it for internal document managing purposes.
