Bought this shirt for a barn interview. The shirt has a decent fit, the fabric is soft but unfortunately very thin and transparent. Be prepared to wear a tank top if you want to look professional. It also needs to be ironed every time you wear it. Don't expect a professional look from the start. Also, consider going up a size if you're on the larger end of the size range. It's not small, let's say, but definitely fit.
