5&#34;4, 125 lbs, B cup: I often forgot I was wearing this. It felt quite secure, and I never had an issues with it coming off. It is thick enough, however, to leave a small outline in your clothes — esp in tighter tops. My husband could always tell, but he was looking for it — no one else seemed to notice and again, it was subtle. Usually I wore a decorative scarf, and that solved the problem entirely.
