Installing the part is easy. Once you've pulled out the old part, you can put the new one in since it's just a couple of spade protrusions. Dyson reassembly. Now it's a different story. I actually took mine apart on my workbench for a few days while waiting for the part to arrive. When it arrived I couldn't remember exactly how it was put together, so I turned to YouTube. Turns out I hadn't noticed that a few feathers were missing. It took some time, but they found her on the bench and quickly got her back up and running. Worked like a champ.
