The cable manager comes in a small plastic wrapped box. There is a QR code on the packaging that you can scan with your camera to access the installation video. The plastic/metal material used for the cable manager seems durable and will likely last a long time. It comes with double sided 3M foam if you don't want to poke holes in your garage walls. It also comes with 8 screws and anchors to securely attach them to the drywall. I find the cable manager to be a very good addition to the standard charger that comes with Tesla because of the price and the very easy installation. For $20, it's a lot better than dangling the charging cable on the floor.
