Arrived on time and as advertised, easy to assemble, great quality and comfort, have been using for 3 days and my back is already feeling better. After using this chair for several months I can safely say that this is the best and worst chair I have ever had. Prolonged sitting (which this chair is designed for) is extremely uncomfortable, blood flow to the back of the leg just above the knee is blocked, no height adjustment helps. The seat pads wear out very quickly, and as others have said, it feels like you're sitting on a bare plywood base. The seat has very little lateral stability, it shifts to one side or the other and after a while it starts to sway back and forth. The arms have no strength at all, if you're the kind of person who uses your arms to lift yourself out of a chair, you'll see that your arms start to "spread out" to the sides. The last chair I had was almost 14 years old. so i'm not "rude" on the chairs. Avoid this chair at all costs, it's more of a gimmick than a point.
