I needed a smaller pizza pan that would fit in my toaster oven. It said 12" pans would fit, but measuring the inside of my toaster showed I really needed something around 11.5" in the largest size. Anyway, I found some 11 inch pans that would be perfect and then I found this screen. I liked the open lattice idea which would give my crust a bit more crispiness (which always seems to be a problem with hard pans). So far I haven't had any problems with the pizza sticking to it. One thing I do is flour the bottom of my crust really well and then make sure no sauce or cheese gets on the strainer or the rim of the pan - I think that's key to the easy cleanup with this pan. Definitely I like this pan, it makes baking homemade pizza much more convenient and the crust is much better now!
