The photo reflects very well what I received, although the colors are unevenly distributed over 72 parts. Cords are included and each paratrooper is neatly wrapped with an elastic band. Used them for Valentine's Day treats from my 7 year old boy to his classmates and friends after school. What a deal and my son is thrilled with how they came out. He will be proud to give them to his friends. Cool Tip: To wrap these paratroopers in treats/favors you will need 4x6 clear plastic party bags. I printed and cropped a background with a blue sky and white clouds. Put the background in the pocket and then place the paratrooper in the pocket in front of the background. I folded the top of the pouch and sealed it with the pre-printed label, and voila! It looked amazing and the best part is that the 50+ treats I needed cost me less than $15.
