I love this little spatula! I wanted to get rid of the plastic filter I was using because I was worried about using up plastic particles so I ordered one. I'm much more comfortable with stainless steel. Also, it's a lot more handy for making dumplings than my usual wooden spatula, which wasn't a very handy tool for this meal. I'm very glad I updated! It seems to last a very long time which is nice.
