I really wanted to love this product but I'm so disappointed! Such a good concept, but they MUST tweak a lot more before they can sell this product further. The first impression was that the system is not very comfortable, but you can get used to it over time. I was disappointed with the size. Good thing we can connect our mini Bose speaker. Streaming apps that come pre-installed on the device crashes mid-browsing. Preinstalled VR games were not responding. I have the brightness set to Auto and when I stream a movie over WiFi the battery lasts MAYBE 45 minutes. You basically have to keep it connected if you want to stream the entire movie. I'm still having trouble getting the cellular network to work in my network settings for using LTE mode. I emailed support and they sent me vague instructions which are already available on their website. I sent them a video (upon their recommendation) showing how to take these steps, but it didn't work and they stopped responding to emails. They declined phone support so all you have to do is rely on their response to your email. Since then I have contacted you twice and still have not received any response or support. The Prime app stopped working yesterday despite all the recording issues so I sent them another email asking them to follow the steps for a full refund. Still no answer, surprise, surprise.
