As a marathon runner and nurse, I sometimes struggle to train during the day. I bought these shoe lights to prevent someone from falling into my car as I live in the middle of nowhere and drive almost exclusively on the county road. The packaging says Made in China. In the box there were 2 light blocks and 2 USB cables for charging. The USB plug was not included but that wasn't a problem for me as I have about a million extra items in the house. The battery is a 220mAh x 1 Li-ion battery, the units are waterproof. Light installations came almost fully charged. On one side of the device is a large power button that controls the lighting settings. The power button will turn red while charging and green when fully charged. Press 1 time for steady light, 1 more time for flashing mode, 3rd time for off. The packaging states that the continuous mode will last 30 hours on a full charge and the flashing mode will last 50 hours. It also states that they fit 4.5-7.5 cm wide heels. I took them out for a 7 mile test run this morning and here's what I think: 1. AMAZING BRIGHT: I had to squint into the light. 2. VERY SECURE FIT: I clipped these to the back of my Brooks Ghost 9 women's size 8.5 running shoes. I didn't even feel her on the boot. They didn't rub or slip.3. EASY TO USE: It was easy to reach down and change the lighting settings.4. FUNCTIONAL AND FUN: My teen wants a pair just for fun. And bonus, they look less silly than the headlamp I wore in low light. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I don't see any warranty info, but they weren't super expensive. I think I paid $12 or $13. I can't tell how strong and durable they are. I will update this review if I encounter any issues.
