I've been using it every day for about a month and LOVE it! They are very bright (even brighter than the photos) and have both constant and flashing light. I've found that they sometimes come loose while running, so I just wear them on my wrist. They are perfect for jogging or walking in the dark. They are also ideal for children on evening outings. They're certainly bright enough, and they were inexpensive (and they get two stars for those two points), but they fail miserably at the second task of staying in your shoe.
