Just received this morning and charged. Very easy to connect to MacBook Air and try to use with MS Teams. The mic is turned up full and the people on the other end say they can barely hear me. Paired it with an iPhone 12 Pro and had the same issue. I used the mobile app to update the firmware to 34.73 which gave me a little more volume but it sounds VERY muffled to the folks on the other end. On the plus side, the speaker sounds great, but the mics barely pick up voices. He's on the table just 18 inches from me! I really wanted it to replace my old Jabra 510 with a battery that no longer holds a charge, but it's a complete failure. Maybe I need to buy a new Jabra.
