petty but still annoying
These knives are not particularly delicate. Well made and comfortable, but big and chunky. The meat keeps getting stuck on the jagged edges. A minor thing, I know, but annoying nonetheless. This doesn't happen with the old serrated bakelite steak knives (or should I say knives) that I bought to replace. As a bonus, they can be used as combat knives!
