I bought this because of an ad I saw on FB. It was actually cheaper here at Revain. My son received this as one of his stockings. I don't care what anyone says because my 7 year old loves it. Best money he spent on all the toys he got. Because of this toothbrush and app, he usually brushes his teeth twice a night. Until now I have never seen a competitive toothbrush. He loves cleaning those gems to get new camera filters. lol! A few things to note: 1. It's all about the counter camera positioning which my 7 year old figured out.2. Make sure there are no fingerprints on the front camera to make it easier for you to track your toothbrush.3. Make sure your child holds the toothbrush over the ridges below, as this will cause the camera to follow as the child follows the on-screen instructions. If possible, have your child adjust it as I have found that this is not part of the reward process. My son uses an old Samsung Note 9 so he has the ability to use the app whenever he wants. He really enjoyed brushing his teeth. He is always quick to show his progress and earned Gems. There are no complaints at all and batteries are not needed.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
