Cuts out during call

I've heard a lot of good things about Libratone so I wanted to try this brand and their headphones. I used it on a Pixel 4a 5g and sometimes there was no sound in these headphones during a phone call. The call isn't dropped because when I switch the phone to speakerphone, I'm still connected and can still hear the other party. These headphones are simple. holds a terrible connection. I cannot recommend them.
