This is a fantastic case that doesn't add bulk to the phone. seems very strong and reliable. It makes my old phone look new even with a broken screen. I hardly see any cracks because the screen coverage is so large. and you can't beat the price. It was difficult to get in the first time. After that it was a breeze, it's just care and a little patience. I highly recommend this lid - it's so much better than the otter I had before. Update: Like everyone else, I've dropped it a few times and so the hard plastic screen cover has cracked in a few places. Even one of the pins that attaches the phone to the screen cover is broken - nothing Gorilla Glue can fix, but still. I still like it and was about to buy a new one. one more thing. The screen cover is NOT WATERPROOF. Every day when I wear it while showering in the bathroom or touch the screen with a wet finger, I have to open it and wipe off the condensation. That's the part I like the least.
