thin but dense, dense fabric, good seams, large size. Smooth with a soft texture. The kind of fabric you need to avoid lint or streaks. They are suitable for mirrors. Haven't tried it for other cleaning or dusting needs. It was muggy and I could only check a few mirrors. Do not like to polish on wet days as the polish may not dry. But what I did do was use one as a napkin. I had them in a pile on the counter and just kept grabbing one. Now that they've been used up, machine washed (cold) and tumble dried (medium), I can say they're fine. Pro Tip: Never use fabric softener (of any kind) on cleaning cloths. This reduces absorbency and increases the chance of streaks. I like them, I like the price and I'm tempted to buy more than napkins hahaha. We are here by accident. I usually keep a stack of rags to use as napkins, so they're pretty good in comparison.
