After only 4 months of use, mostly sitting on a desk or monitor without moving much, the cable connection inside started shorting out. The wire gets lost and moves quite slightly where it enters the camera body. During calls, my video flickers on and off and I have to stop/start the video or unplug and reinsert the USB cable. The picture quality is high, good quality, aspect ratio 16:9, high definition. However, this is a fairly sharp image, very bright and not at all warm compared to other cameras I see in web conferencing. I always look a little pale. Due to the poor workmanship, I cannot recommend this camera, even at the low price.
