The platform itself works well with our CRM system which allows us to easily track all of our contacts throughout their journey through lead generation & scoring stages.
There are some minor bugs that need ironing out but nothing serious as yet! We have been using this for about 2 years now so we can't really say anything negative at present time. Our biggest challenge was finding an easy way to score new prospects who had not previously engaged or signedup to any other campaigns - Leadoo does that very effectively.
