I've been struggling with green water in my 29 gallon aquarium for months! I've tried chemicals, water changes, new filters, wrapped them in black trash bags and turned off the lights for a week... you name it, I've tried! I stumbled upon this ultraviolet light and had nothing to lose. Of course the pictures say it all! I just put it in my filter, turned on the 24 hour setting (which could probably be turned off by now) and waited patiently. The attached photos were taken within 3 weeks spaced one week apart. The second week I added some water purifier to get rid of the fogging but that's the only chemical added since the lights were turned on. Happy to add more fish now that I can see them. Definitely great value for money and highly recommended!
