Review on Shark LA502 Rotator Lift-Away ADV DuoClean PowerFins Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Self-Cleaning Brushroll, Pet Hair Pickup, HEPA Filter, and Large Dust Cup Capacity - Silver by Mary Chewning

Revainrating 1 out of 5

3 attachments with 2 storage spaces. Aggravating.

In general, this is a Shark, which means it's a pretty decent vacuum cleaner. Everything works fine and works as expected. I give this vacuum cleaner and Shark as a company 1 star for a cute little thing. Some may ask; "Well, if it's so tiny, why the bad rating/1 star rating?" The 1 star rating is solely due to the fact that this vacuum cleaner is due to laziness and a lack of research and development. Why? Because Shark would cost less than $1 to include an extra piece of plastic to store all 3 attachments on the vacuum. It comes with 3 assembly tools and only 2 storage spaces for 3 assembly tools. Some might say just keep it in the same "area" as the vacuum, but that's not the right answer. We all know what happens to small plastic items when they're left unattended and in a random pantry. They are easily lost or misplaced. The right answer for Shark and other vacuum cleaner manufacturers is to include as many storage clips in the vacuum as there are attachments. It's a stupidly simple concept that the R&D Sharks teams clearly didn't have success with. It's ridiculous to think that even if you spend $300 on what is basically a large piece of plastic, you won't even have enough tiny plastic clips to fit all of your plastic bits onto a larger piece of plastic. come on shark Quit being lazy, fire a few people, or just charge an extra $5-10 for a vacuum cleaner. If that's so the vacuum cleaner itself has enough room to store all the attachments, then so be it.
