Do not buy this vacuum cleaner. This is my 5th Shark vacuum and I have loved them all. I saved months to buy this and the casters in the bottom floor stopped working after 1 week. After 2 weeks of refusal by Shark, they won't send me a replacement and won't honor the warranty. An absolute waste of money and the worst customer service I've experienced since Century Link.

My old shark started to lose power, but after 10 years I can't complain. I knew I would buy another shark. When I saw that there was no hair wrap, I was skeptical. But I just vacuumed the whole house where 3 bitches and a long haired dog were shedding. NOT A SINGLE HAIR WAS TWISTED! They found the solution that many dreamed of. This vacuum cleaner is powerful and easy to use. Even the ladder accessories were delivered as promised. It's even lighter than my old shark.

I've only used it twice but I'm already in love! I returned my Dyson multi floor vacuum after 2 weeks as it is not compatible with lint carpets. Unacceptable! This vacuum works great on carpets and hard floors, and the lift function is a game changer. I clean HAAAAAAA but I can just vacuum the whole house from floor to ceiling because this machine is so easy to use. Yes, it's hard, but it's not critical. I received this vacuum cleaner this morning. I assembled it and used it immediately. My oldest, I thought, didn't work either. This shames the one who is much older. My old, old home addict, had a pull that's still ripping the carpet off the floor. The new one doesn't do that. The new one is much quieter, the cord is long, which is a plus. This is my first shark and I love it! This vacuum did a great job cleaning our carpets and hard floors (wood and tile). My old vacuum was heavier than this and had a traditional brush roll that always had hair wrapped around it. Not a single hair falls on this roller in our house. It also does a fantastic job of picking up everything on our hard floors, including the dust my old vacuum would leave behind. In general, this is a Shark, which means it's a pretty decent vacuum cleaner. Everything works fine and works as expected. I give this vacuum cleaner and Shark as a company 1 star for a cute little thing. Some may ask; "Well, if it's so tiny, why the bad rating/1 star rating?"
