Although this strap is covered with leather on the outside, the underside is still a plastic strap. Thankfully, it's built differently than the Wyze factory. So I had no problems with this group. I haven't had any breakouts or rashes due to the materials. The band came with two small leather strap keepers but I found them very flimsy as they both only had a stitch to hold them together. I only used the original with my watch as a replacement. Having had good luck with this product I would recommend it to others looking for a slightly better band than the factory band. The price is right and it works as expected. No problem attaching the strap to the Wyse 47.
