I love this product! It makes potatoes! I'm low carb and high in fat so I don't need potatoes but my husband loves them. It is excellent for julienne on zucchini and yellow zucchini. And julienne works well on a whole round onion. When you cut the squash into strips, remember that unless you're slicing that part with a knife, only the skin is the first cut. A trifle is also great for pickles! EASY cleaning, especially if you have a sprayer on your sink, high pressure water will clean it in 10 seconds. Three levels of thick and thin slices add fun to play and make dishes more desirable. With tall objects like long zucchini I find it safer to start with one hand without a guard and when approaching the device be sure to use HANDGUARDS! Just drive at a good pace and never get in a crazy rush, I hear these things are hot! * Locking the blade after cleaning is a great idea.
