I have an '03 Toyota Camry. I used a 29mm houndstooth bit with a 3 foot breaker on the end of the tool. The inner tie rod came off without much effort! The instructions provided, as well as searching the toyotanation.com forum posts, make this process easy. The day before I spent 2 or 3 hours without tools but to no avail. Today I swapped both sides. inner and outer tie rods in 2 hours including unpacking/packing tools, jacking up the car, removing wheels etc. The tools included more attachments than I needed but after spending a few hours at Autozone and O'Reilleys to get tools to borrow/return that didn't fit, I settled on a set that included all possible sizes. It cost more than I wanted to pay, but I ordered it at noon and received it at 9pm the same day. I called 2 mechanics/shops and was offered $250-$350 to do the same job in 3 hours of work and was instead able to do it myself 2 hours later for $85+ in my driveway. Great tool - highly recommend.
