Definitely helps isolating road vibrations
I installed it under the new handlebar tape kit as instructed. My handlebars are twice as soft as before and I can feel the difference in the vibrations of the road being transferred to my hands/wrists. I placed this gel just under the tape on the left side of the handlebar to test and compare to the regular tape and now I'm ready to move on to the right side.
