Review on DALSTRONG Slicing Carving Knife AUS 10V by Danielle Jenkins

This knife is great. I carved 20 pounds of roast beef for Christmas and the knife not only works well but looks great too. At first I thought this knife might not be as sharp as my other carving knife, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is very sharp and works great. The knife has a very good sheath to protect the blade when not in use. I have over 50 kitchen knives including some old carbon steel knives that I can sharpen sharply. This knife works just as well as this one. I recommend without reservation.
