I took this treatment for 2 months and here are the main results: 1. Noticeable increase in MPG. Mine went up 5mpg! Be sure to clean the MAF sensor while installing the intake. 2. You will hear the turbocharger fire and discharge. Some like it, some don't. 3. Your gas pedal vibrates more. It was embarrassing at first, but I got used to it. I didn't feel any performance increase, but the increased MPG pays off in the long run. I used to have 24.8mpg now I get 30.1.
