Review on 🔪 KIWI 4" Sharp Pairing Knife with Wood Handle #503: Superior Precision and Durability by Jeff Rhodes

I love this knife. I like that the blade is thin so I can slice fruit thinly. I'm the kind of person who doesn't want to waste time and doesn't care much about the knife. I want to be able to use the knife to cut things the way I want, wash it and sharpen it from time to time if needed. I've invested in good cutting boards so the knife will last longer between sharpenings. Just because it's a great mallet knife doesn't mean you can use rocks as a cutting board.
