I have had no problems with this product, however it does not support heavy computer keyboards. My computer keyboard is 60% mechanical keyboards but it is very heavy because the bottom of the keyboard is metal steel which is a marble-like material that is very heavy so your item can't hold the keyboard. The only downside is that it's not very durable. It doesn't stay in place and I had trouble figuring out what position it should be in. I would like directions. And sometimes the keyboard would tip over. I wouldn't recommend this for heavy keyboards. Although maybe if it's light it's okay
