Overall, this is a great product for the price! However, if I could do it over again I'd pay way more and something higher quality.Pros:- I like this better than the ones with the pocket for the ice pack. This one lets you place the ice pack at whatever angle you want then wrap it up.- The wrap is super soft!- The wrap is a great length, enough to keep the ice pack on my ankle, even when I wrap around my ankle & my foot.- Ice pack doesn't get too hard when it freezes, so it will mold to the curves of my joints.Cons:- Doesn't stay cold for very long (10 minutes)- The white velcro strip is two pieces of velcro glued back-to-back, and when they arrived they were unstuck from each other. Every time I use it I have to restick them and it's a pain.- The wrap attracts hair like a magnet! If you're a person with long hair or a pet, prepare to have this thing covered ASAP.- I do wish it were wider, but that's not their fault.
