Use and lose good for brushes

This is not the best brush. There is some shedding. Even at the end there are no bristles. They are mostly straight, but stand out in different lengths. If you want to do detail work with them, you'll need to bring scissors and trim the end to make it straight. For the price, however, this is a very good deal. I can deal with a little shedding and trim the end of the brush to line it up as well as trim any excess mismatched bristles. I even cut it at an angle to finish it off. I suppose you could paint a chair or something without changing brushes. When you paint the baseboard on your wall, you have to change brushes or else you'll swear and swear desperately when paint residue ends up where you don't want it. If used on water-based paints, rinse and reuse. If you use oil-based products, just use them and waste them. You have a box full of them.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • The list will be long.
