I use them all the time and they're fantastic, but maybe they've changed the formula? They used to be thinner tablets, now they are very thick and take time to fully dissolve. They shouldn't shoot down a star, but it's definitely worth mentioning - I'm wondering why such a change? I use them instead of sugary sports drinks when I'm working out or in the office. But to be sooooo honest, I mostly use them as a hangover remedy. It's all relative and your mileage may vary, FYI. If drinking moderately, add one tablet to a large cup of water before bed and drink as soon as it dissolves. If you drink too much at a sporting event, wedding or other occasion I usually drink 1 for a few hours and then 1 more before bed. Usually, that and a little water between drinks should be enough to keep a hangover at bay. I had several mornings where I woke up and couldn't believe I felt as good as before. In any case, you probably shouldn't be using them to drink every night and wake up well, it's unhealthy, but use them to save yourself from yourself once or twice a month. It's probably still unhealthy, but hey, I'm no saint. The taste is pleasant, for me it is an ordinary sports drink. Maybe it's not the same as sugary Gatorade or Powerade Zero filled with sugar substitutes or something, but I'm ok with that. Dissolve in lukewarm or lukewarm water as it won't work if your drink is cold.
