Review on Jean Patrique Professional Chopaholic Stainless Comfortable by Ronald Messina

This knife looks good and feels well balanced in my small hands BUT don't expect it to be sharp. This knife is duller than the santoku I have owned for 15 years and has not been sharpened or sharpened since I bought it due to my lack of knowledge and skill. The same goes for the set of 3 santoku knives from this line that I bought and got delivered today. I don't know if this is because they are bought from Revain and maybe cost seconds compared to buying direct from the company in the UK or not. I'm considering keeping them and asking a friend who sharpens the knives really well because I love how they feel in my hand, or just return them and buy knives from More Global. I give 2 stars for its balance and how it feels in my hand.
