I really appreciate that a seller is trying to make things right and that was definitely the case here. ⭐️ for the goods, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars to the seller! ---- Original Review: After several days of trying to figure out why it wasn't working, I solved the problem. The item was defective. I used a voltmeter to check for continuity. It turned out that one of the wires carrying the signal was broken/disconnected. It was braided wire, the thin wires of which were mostly damaged by stripping. The crimp didn't touch the wire so I cut the wire and soldered it to the pin. It worked right away. Hooray for me! Boo quality control of this product!
