How easy was that? good for me

Several years ago we changed from incandescent bulbs in these fixtures to fluorescent bulbs. That was a real improvement in the Kitchen, but I wanted to avoid even periodic replacement and this product is the answer!I spent less than an hour with installation, including moving the ladder to and from the garage.The instructions provided covered the details, but the videos on the product site were also helpful.I fully recommend A) switching to LEDs and B) using this product for that replacement.
