Convergemediation system has helped our business to grow!!
The product has helped us to cut down our cost by almost half compared with traditional phone systems in terms or lines used per month! It is very easy setup/configuration - you can manage it from anywhere without having physical presence at your office location!! Nothing as such but I would like more customization options available within this platform which will make my job easier if any new features are added that we require soon after launch time!! Definitely worth trying out when considering other products offered otherwise there may be better alternatives around! We have been able solve issues related customer service calls easily using convergemediation system where before they were not solved quickly due lack of resources & manpower required over multiple locations etc.,.

Also provides flexibility while integrating existing legacy hardware equipment through their integration modules..all these things really works well together..and its affordable price range makes one wonder why
