I am a large breasted woman and I hated wearing a seat belt because it always ended up in my armpit on one side and rubbed against my neck on the other. These adjusters slide over the two parts of the seat belt and hold it in a MUCH more comfortable position. Holds tight, you don't have to constantly readjust while driving, the belt doesn't get lost. Now I always buckle up like a good girl. I highly recommend it.
