Great tool helps non-tech users and clients alike
I like how easy it is for our team members who are not technical people at all! They have been able to use this software without any training or assistance from us as an agency - just plugging into their account information (which we already had) was enough so far.
The only thing i dislike about them right now would be if there were more features added because sometimes when you're trying something new things get clunky but overall everything has worked out great thusfar!! We've seen immediate results since implementing these tools within 2 weeks of implementation.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Allows reps access easily via mobile devices, ipads etc.
- Very intuitive program that allows users with very little experience in tech fields understand quickly
- Can add/remove accounts / manage campaigns fairly simple using dashboard system
Cons
- So much can go wrong while running reports..so many ways they could mess up.
- Reports take long time
- Updates need improvement
