It's very easy to set up new workflows that you can also edit easily after they are created.

The support team is really great as well! They're always willing to answer questions or help out with anything we may have in regards to our account. Not much I dislike about this software; it has everything you could need for your daily workflow management needs! If you're looking at different WFM solutions (and not just thinking of switching from one vendor to another), make sure you check into what each offer so that you don't go down an avenue where you'll be displeased once you've made the switch. We use WorkflowSoft Software for all of our daily process automation needs such as sending emails out automatically when certain criteria are met by contacts etc..
