I can recommend the device only if you need a relatively inexpensive tablet with a pen. It is implemented here really cool and does not require charging. A competitor with a pen will be 10 thousand more expensive. Everything else is very mediocre. You can, of course, turn a blind eye to everything and say "top for your money", there will also be some truth in this . But in fact, you just need to decide what the tablet is taken for. For conferences with a pen - excellent. For everything else - think ten times.
