Easy to set up; too small for a king size bed

I like this "tent bed". I live in a ground floor apartment and spiders and silverfish like to visit me. Then they made repairs and the mice came. Even after I (hopefully) eradicated the pests, I was still scared when I went to bed (irrational, I know). All I could think about was if a mouse would get into the bed. So I couldn't sleep well at all. And I also had a lot of spider bites. The first night I got sick, I slept through the night. For me it was worth the entrance fee. There was no way a mouse or bug could get to me :) I needed to feel protected and that helped. I have a king bed so I set up a tent on the bed. There is a slight downside in the arrangement of sheets and blankets. I personally don't mind, but I could see how embarrassing it would be for the couple. I think it would be ok on a queen size bed. It's very spacious. But because it floats on top of the mattress I can't make a "nice" bed. But sleeping underneath is pretty fun. Like when you built a fortress as a kid. A bit like that. Setup only took a few minutes. I should mention that when I took it out of the box it ruptured with some force and hit me in the chest. It was unexpected! No damage but glad it wasn't my eye. Be careful when opening the packaging! Update: I've had it for a few months now. It's in good condition. Easily folds into a compact circle. The locks work great. He remained intact despite being prodded a little while he slept. Very happy with it.
